How long does this process take?

Typical turn-around time for new laptop sales is roughly 7 to 10 business days, however, most orders are shipped well before then. After your purchase we will make arrangements to retrieve critical files from your existing system. Once complete, we will begin to meticulously configure your laptop, add your files, and ship to your home or office.

What kind of laptops do you use?

We're always evaluating current technology and the latest systems from top laptop manufactures in the world, but we don't sell just anything. We choose systems that are built using quality components, but just as important to us, manufacturers that provide the best support. Currently we specialize in selling & supporting Lenovo and Dell laptops.

What files do you transfer to my new system?

Providing you with a turn-key system requires that we transfer certain files from your old system to your new system. This process involves installing your CAT Software, and then adding your user setting files, main dictionaries, block files, spelling dictionaries, and phone books. If you need more files transferred we'll be happy to help with that, too.

If I need help, who do I call?

This answer begins with first determining what kind of problem you are having. If your problem is related to your CAT Software, always start by calling their support department. Any hardware issues should be routed to the laptop manufacturer. If you are unsure of who to call, simply give us a call and we will happily assist you.
